This mix was created by Dave Roberts generally for the cooler months when barbel tend to not crave the high protein, food rich fishmeal mixes. The cheesy Garlic ingredients along with crushed seeds and particles make it perfect for attracting fish in coloured, cooler water

Groundbait for barbel is not a new idea. With so many halibut/fishmeal mixes available commercially, the edge that the barbel angler crave has been hard to find. By taking different flavours, quality ingredients and blending them in a non industrial manner, Dave Roberts has created mixes that most Barbel won’t see regularly. This Cheesy Garlic mix has more subtlety than the fish mix allowing it to be used all year round, but on waters where fish see a lot of the same thing, this mix gives the angler the Edge back.
